Oracle Documents Cloud - PleaseReview Help
How to create a review
- Check the document that requires reviewing, ensuring you have at least “Downloader” permission on it (see notes).
- In the menu bar, click on “Create new PleaseReview”. This may be under the “More” dropdown.
- The PleaseReview new review wizard will launch within Oracle Documents Cloud.
- In “new review step 1”, enter in the review title, description and end date. Click “Next”.
- In “new review step 2”, the review document will be automatically added to the review. Click “Next”.
- In “new review step 3”, add each review participant by typing their name and pressing "Add". Click “Next”.
- In “new review step 4”, set review options if desired. Click “Next”.
- In “new review step 5”, click “Start Review”.
- When the “new document review - done!” message appears, close the “Create new PleaseReview” window. All participants will then receive an e-mail inviting them to participate in the review.
Notes:
- Ensure the member “PleaseReview” also has “Contributor” permission on it.
- For information on how to create a review containing more than one document, please refer to the v6.1 integration manual.
- The review creation process must be completed within 15 of minutes of clicking on “Create new PleaseReview” before session timeout.
