To be advised of your user name and/or re-set your password you will need to know the e-mail address with which you are registered on PleaseReview. Follow these instructions:
1. Go to the log-in page.
2. Click on the 'Forgotten password' link
3. Enter your e-mail address into the box on the 'forgotten password' screen.
4.If your e-mail address is recognised you will receive a message that an email has been sent to and should arrive within 1/2 hour.
5. When the email arrives it will contain your User name and a link to re-set your password. If you wish to re-set your password you should click the link or paste the URL into your browser and this will enable you to change your PleaseReview password.
6.If you receive an error message 'Email address not recognised' (sample) you may have used the wrong e-mail address. Please use the correct e-mail address.
If you think you have not received the e-mail - please check your spam folder!
