If you are using an integrated solution and have previously successfully logged onto PleaseReview we recommend you contact a systems administrator. However, if have not previously logged onto PleaseReview we recommend that you follow the instructions below before contacting a systems administrator:
Note: this assumes you have either had (i) an email inviting you to set your password, or (ii) log-in details sent to you by an administrator.
1. PleaseReview has a 'log-in context'. This allows multiple authentication sources and thus you must select the authentication source which knows about you.
2. If you see a drop-down in the 'Log in to' row then you need to select from one of the options. If you are unsure which one to select try them all (see below for instructions to change).
Note: If you have had an email inviting you to set your password and are trying to log-in having set your password you must select 'default'.
3. Having selected one, try it and if you wish to re-select then use the 'change' option and this will re-display the drop-down.
If trying all of them doesn't work please contact your system administrator.
